LT GEN AJAY KUMAR, VSM, DG INFANTRY, VISITS THE GRENADIERS REGIMENTAL CENTRE, JABALPUR (MP) 08 TO 09 SEP 2025

Lt Gen Ajay Kumar, VSM, Director General Infantry, visited The GRENADIERS Regimental Centre, Jabalpur, on Sep 08–09, 2025. His visit underscored the Regiment’s focus on modernizing training through advanced technology and innovative methodologies. The GRENADIERS Regimental Centre has been at the forefront of adopting cutting-edge technologies to improve training outcomes. These include AIDN (Artificial Intelligence Drill Nursery, Drone Trg Lab and Obstacle Course and Digital Map Reading Nursery.

During his visit, Lt Gen Ajay Kumar, VSM, took the opportunity to interact with the Agniveers and commended their decision to serve the nation. He reviewed ongoing training, interacted with instructors and appreciated their role in upholding high standards. His visit emphasized the Army’s commitment to modernizing infrastructure and methodologies, leveraging technology and innovation to prepare soldiers for future challenges.
