MORE THAN A REUNION CELEBRATING THE SPIRIT OF THE FIGHTING FOURTH
Some bonds are forged on the battlefield, strengthened through shared hardships and carried for a lifetime. Our Thanksgiving Get-Together was not merely an event; it was a celebration of these enduring bonds and the timeless spirit of the Fighting Fourth.
The gathering brought together serving soldiers, veterans and their families under one roof, united by a common identity and an unwavering sense of belonging. Stories of courage, sacrifice and camaraderie echoed through every conversation, reminding us that while uniforms may be retired, the spirit of service never fades.

The occasion was an opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to the veterans whose dedication, leadership and sacrifices laid the foundation for the Battalion’s proud legacy. Their experiences continue to inspire the present generation, reinforcing the values of duty, honour and selfless service.
As we reflected on the Battalion’s recent achievements, including its successful United Nations tenure, we recognised that every milestone rests upon the commitment and traditions established by those who came before us. Their legacy remains our guiding light.

The evening concluded with renewed friendships, shared memories and a collective resolve to preserve the rich heritage of the Battalion. While years may pass and faces may change, the Fighting Fourth remains one family—bound not merely by service, but by pride, respect and an unbreakable brotherhood.
